About Us

Scouts is huge

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life.

We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more.

Each week, we give over 460,000 young people the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed, now and in the future. We’re talking about teamwork, leadership and resilience – skills that have helped Scouts become everything from teachers and social workers to astronauts and Olympians.

We believe in bringing people together. We celebrate diversity and stand against intolerance, always. We’re a worldwide movement, creating stronger communities and inspiring positive futures.

Scouts is local

At 1st Charvil Scouts, we’re proud to offer amazing opportunities to young people. We’ve grown from strength to strength through many generations love the welcoming and friendly environment we have.

The strength of our Group is built on our team approach where everyone gets involved in a way that works for them. Some people can help out regularly, others dip in from time to time, and some as one-off events. We know that some people love to indulge the big kid inside themselves, and others are more comfortable supporting from behind the scenes – everything is great!

We’d love to have a chat with you to get to know you more and find out how we can create more memories together!
